Brand Building

Appellation is a new hospitality brand that celebrates place and community like no other. Designed to be a place for locals and travelling guests, they embrace makers and artisans in each of their destinations and become a center point for community, learning, relaxing and celebrating. The brand also focuses on extraordinary culinary experiences which is no surprise given the Co-Founders are acclaimed Chef Charlie Palmer and legendary hotelier Christopher Hunsberger. We were honored to lead the brand development and design for this inspiring brand and watch there iconic locations come to life.

Strategy & Innovation

PwC has one of the most impressive and diverse client lists in the world. Each one turns to PwC as a trusted advisor to help them be more strategic, innovative and agile. For nearly a decade we worked with PwC to deliver rigorous multi-day collaborative sessions to solve business needs from product development to market emergence to system integration. The work was strategically designed and thoughtfully facilitated engaging everyone in the process. Most clients left saying that using traditional methods would have taken months, not days, and with results that were less transformational.

Every minute counts at Give Kids The World Village

Guest Experience

Give Kids The World Village has the most unique business model we have ever encountered. They can't market directly to guests. Their guests can never return. The resort is operated with a volunteer to staff ratio of 23:1. Oh, and guests don't pay a thing for their week long stay. If you ever want to feel joy, go to Give Kids the World Village. This 89-acre wonderland hosts "wish kids" and their families (177,000 and counting) for a week of parties, theme parks, swimming, laughter and ice cream. We worked to reimagine Guest Services at the Village to deliver the week of a lifetime to their amazing guests.
